二、教育经历
1994年6月获甘肃农业大学农学学士学位,1997年6月获甘肃农业大学作物遗传育种专业硕士学位,2003年6月获华中农业大学作物遗传育种专业博士学位。2004年2月至7月由国家留学基金委派遣,作为“西部地区人才培养特别项目”的访问学者,在新西兰林肯大学从事马铃薯生物技术研究。
三、工作经历与社会兼职
工作经历:1997年7月参加工作,2000年晋升讲师,2003年被聘为副教授,2008年晋升教授。2007年10月至2009年9月挂职任中共民乐县人民政府副县长。2007年1月至2009年12月任生命科学技术学院院长助理,2010年1月至2013年12月任生命科学技术学院副院长(2012年9月至2013年12月主持学院行政工作),2014年1月至2022年9月任生命科学技术学院院长;2022年10月至今任研究生院院长。
社会兼职:中国作物学会马铃薯专业委员会副秘书长,中国农业生物技术学会理事,中国遗传学会理事,中国农业生物化学与分子生物学会理事,甘肃省遗传学会秘书长,甘肃省植物学会副理事长,甘肃省作物学会副理事长,甘肃省农学会理事。《作物学报》、《生命的化学》、《生物学杂志》、《中国马铃薯》、《甘肃农业大学学报》、《高校生物学教学研究(电子版)》、《frontiers in plant science》等刊物编委。
