应农学院与甘肃省干旱生境作物学重点实验室邀请,中科院赵杨研究员将于2018年5月22日来我校访问,并进行学术交流,欢迎全校师生参加。 报告题目:脱落酸受体pyl的调控网路 时间:2018年5月22日星期二下午3点 地点:甘肃农业大学农科楼312会议室 赵杨研究员简介 赵杨,中科院上海植物逆境生物学研究中心研究员,主要从事植物对渗透胁迫的感受与响应机制方面的研究。2009年毕业于中国农业大学生物学院,取得博士学位。2009-2012年在北京生命科学研究所和中国农业大学从事微丝骨架与抗逆分子机制研究;2012-2016年底在美国普渡大学从事脱落酸与植物抗逆分子机制研究。
主要研究植物应答非生物胁迫的信号转导机制,重点研究渗透胁迫上游信号传导的分子机制以及胁迫激素aba的信号调控网络。迄今共接收和发表sci研究论文28篇,综述1篇,以及专利申请1项,sci引用600余次,h指数13,论文平均影响因子为7.446,其中3篇论文被esi列为sci高被引论文。以第一作者(1篇)、共同第一作者(6篇)以及通讯作者(2篇)分别在mol cell、proc natl acad sci usa、plant cell、cell reports、cell research和science signaling等国际重要期刊发表研究论文9篇,并以通讯作者在plant & cell physiology发表综述,其中2篇论文被选为封面文章,1篇论文被science推荐为重要工作,1篇论文被faculty of 1000 prime网站推荐,1篇论文被esi列为高被引论文。受邀在xix international botanical congress (ibc 2017)、全国植物生物学大会(2017)以及全国植物逆境生物学研讨会(2018)等国际国内学术会议上作报告。曾受邀为pnas、nature plants、new phytologist、plant cell environ、j exp bot、plant cell physiol以及plant mol biol等杂志担任审稿人。
